Virtual Meet and Greet with Soman Chainani

What:

We're hosting a virtual meet and greet with store favorite Soman Chainani for his new book Beasts and Beauty. This ticketed event will take place on Zoom. Attendees will receive a a SIGNED copy of Beasts and Beauty and a chance to meet Soman briefly in a virtual signing line.

When: Thursday, September 23rd, 2021, 5:00pm

This is a ticketed virtual event and seats are limited. In order to attend, please purchase a copy of Beasts and Beauty from Blue Willow Bookshop. We will send you an email Wednesday, September 22nd, with details on how to log on to the event. It's our way of saying "thanks." Your support is critical to keeping us here and offering events like this, and we hope to do that for many years to come! 

We expect all participants to maintain an atmosphere of respect and fairness. Anyone who violates this standard of behavior including engaging in any form of harassment, may, at the discretion of the organizers, be immediately removed. 

About the Author:

Soman Chainani is the New York Times bestselling author of the School for Good and Evil series. The fairy-tale saga has sold over 3 million copies, been translated into 29 languages, and will soon be a major motion picture from Netflix, which Soman will executive produce.

Soman is a graduate of Harvard University and received his MFA in film from Columbia University. Every year, he visits schools around the world to speak to kids and share his secret: that reading is the path to a better life.

Ordering:

Payment type must be "CreditCard." Shipping will be charged if you want the book shipped to you. If you'd prefer to use our curbside pickup program, we ask that you please collect your book(s) within one month of the event date. After that date, your book will be donated to a Houston-based literacy organization.

International shipping can run from $25-50US in addition to the cost of the book and can take up to 3 months to reach its destination. Additionally, we can only ship to certain regions and countries. If you'd like to pursue international shipping, please email cathy@bluewillowbookshop.com.
