About the Author:
After a storied career, spanning over twenty five years, at some of the country’s most prestigious upscale eateries such as Jean Louis at The Watergate, Citronelle, and Antrim 1844, Sia Ayrom decided to pass the baton to the next generation. Upon retirement from active kitchen duties, he decided to pen his collective wisdom, acquired throughout these years, in a series of three cookbooks.
These cookbooks represent Sia’s philosophy of food and cooking as well as his commitment to elevating amateurs and home cooks to world-class quality chefs.
