VIRTUAL: Alexis Hall | Mortal Follies

What:

Alexis Hall will appear to discuss his new novel Mortal Follies.

• This event is free to attend, but registration is required. You can register for the event here. Once you register, you will receive an invitation to join the event.
• If you have a question you'd like to ask Alexis, you can submit it here. We will make every effort to get to as many of them as possible during the event.
• NOTE: Because this is a virtual event that will be hosted on Zoom, you will need access a computer or other device that is capable of accessing the internet at a sufficient bandwidth. SPECIAL ACTIVITY: We're playing Bingo during this virtual event. Caroline from Blue Willow will create the Bingo card in conjunction with Alexis' team so Alexis and Cathy will not know what's on there. Caroline will email the card to all event registrants the week before the event and attendees will be able to download the card from this page as well.

RULES FOR ALEXIS BINGO

• NO calling Bingo during the event, we do not want to distract from the conversation!
• You have until 11:59 PM CT Thursday 22nd June to submit your completed card to Cathy (this will give time for anyone who misses the event and watches the recording OR anyone wishing to be fully present and review for Bingo squares afterwards...)
• Winning requires at least one row of Bingo (horizontal, vertical or diagonal) or Four Corners.  
• The winner will be drawn at random, from the emails received, on Friday, June 23rd
• The winner will receive a $20 e-giftcode to Blue Willow Bookshop. NOTE: this will not cover shipping.
• Anyone completing Blackout gets bragging rights but no additional entries!

Ordering:

Payment type must be "CreditCard." Shipping will be charged if you want the book shipped to you. If you'd prefer to use our curbside pickup program, we ask that you please collect your book(s) within one month of the event date. After that date, your book will be donated to a Houston-based literacy organization.

International shipping can run from $25-50US in addition to the cost of the book and can take up to 3 months to reach its destination. Additionally, we can only ship to certain regions and countries. If you'd like to pursue international shipping, please email cathy@bluewillowbookshop.com.
