Mother Bruce (Mother Bruce, Book 1) (Mother Bruce Series #1) (Hardcover)

Staff Reviews
Bruce is a bear who likes eggs. Specifically, he likes to cook eggs using recipes he's found on the internet. One day, he finds a recipe for hard boiled goose eggs and sets out to find some. Unfortunately, he doesn't cook the eggs long enough and they hatch. Bruce finds himself as the mother to goslings, which is exactly what he doesn't want. This results in a hilarious picture book that's so much fun for kids and the adults who read to them.
— CathyDescription
Bruce the bear likes to keep to himself. That, and eat eggs. But when his hard-boiled goose eggs turn out to be real, live goslings, he starts to lose his appetite. And even worse, the goslings are convinced he’s their mother. Bruce tries to get the geese to go south, but he can’t seem to rid himself of his new companions. What’s a bear to do?
