About the Author:

Amor Towles was born and raised in the Boston area. He graduated from Yale University and received an MA in English from Stanford University. An investment professional for more than twenty years, he now devotes himself full time to writing. His first novel, Rules of Civility, published in 2011, was a New York Times bestseller, as was his second novel, A Gentleman in Moscow, which was published in Septemeber of 2016. Towles lives in Manhattan with his wife and two children.
