Blue Willow Bookshop is pleased to partner with Leibman's Wine and Fine Foods to welcome Grady Spears to Houston. Grady will be in town to sign his newest cookbook, Cooking the Cowboy Way: Recipes Inspired by Campfires, Chuck Wagons, and Ranch Kitchens. In his most recent cookbook, Grady gives us 100 recipes collected from ranch cooks across the American West, as well as Canada and Mexico. The recipes, many of which are, not surprisingly, beef) are accompanied by stories of the cowboys he met, replete with hard work, passion, and love of nature. If this book doesn't make you want to stoke the campfire and sleep under the stars, nothing will!
